Jamie is a board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience working in both Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Primary Care. She worked as an RN in Emergency Medicine for 7 years as well. She has a passion for lactation education and support and is currently completing a Lactation Consultant program through NC State. She values the role of education in empowering patients and families. She also values patient choice in healthcare. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to spend more time getting to know her patients and incorporate a more wholistic approach to pediatric health care.
Jamie graduated from the University of San Diego with a Master of Science in Nursing, as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University.
Jamie moved to the area 3 years ago from San Diego. She spends her free time enjoying her husband and 3 children, traveling, gardening and hiking.
Chelsea Przydzial is a Physician Assistant bringing 9 years of healthcare experience to the practice. She completed both her undergraduate and PA education at East Carolina University and has furthered her expertise with specialized training in functional medicine.
Chelsea’s career began in the Urgent Care and the Pediatric Emergency Department, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of patient care. For the last several years, she has specialized in treating patients experiencing chronic pain, utilizing a variety of modalities to enhance their quality of life.
Her growing interest in functional medicine led her to explore holistic approaches, focusing on interpreting lab results based on optimal ranges and integrating these insights into her practice.
She values patient education and believes in providing families with a range of choices, guiding them to make the best decisions for their physical and mental health. Chelsea’s approach is rooted in a balance between holistic and conventional medicine, ensuring that each patient receives the most appropriate and effective care.
Chelsea lives in Clayton with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending her free time with her family traveling, being outside, and trying out new recipes. She is excited to be a part of Well One Health and looks forward to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals through a thoughtful, holistic approach.
