Jacqueline Russell is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with seven years of healthcare experience. She earned her degree from Duke University and has a background in both the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and urgent care settings. Through these experiences, she has gained a deep appreciation for the value of health and the critical role of disease prevention.

Jacqueline is dedicated to partnering with parents, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their child’s health. She is passionate about proactive healthcare and strives to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where all children and families feel valued and cared for.

She has seen firsthand the profound impact a more holistic approach can have on children’s well-being and is eager to integrate this into her practice. She combines this perspective with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine from her training at Duke, allowing her to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.

In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling to beautiful destinations with her husband, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dawn Toussaint is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience, and a deep, personal conviction that patients deserve more than symptom management. Most recently, she has been shaping the next generation of nurses as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNC Greensboro. Before that, she spent years at Duke Maternal-Fetal Medicine caring for high-risk mamas navigating some of the most complex and vulnerable seasons of their lives. She is currently completing her Functional Medicine Certification and brings that root-cause lens to everything she does. She joins Well One Collective’s Cary and Durham with a genuine belief that the body, given the right environment and support, has a remarkable capacity to heal.

Dawn’s approach is simple at its core: she asks questions, she listens fully, and she never makes you feel like a problem to be solved. She understands that many patients arrive carrying years of feeling overlooked, over-medicated, or told their symptoms were not real, and she takes that history seriously. There is no judgment here about where you are starting from, what your body looks like, what choices you have made, or how long it has taken you to seek help. Her role, as she sees it, is to be a partner in your health, not an authority over it.

When she is not in the clinic, Dawn is a wife of 30 years and a proud mom of three grown kids. She finds her happy place at the beach, out on a hiking trail, or tending to her mini farm. She is also on her own personal health journey, which means she truly gets it. She is not here to tell you what to do; she is here to figure it out with you.
